If your artwork won’t upload, one of our tips is to try and upload it using Google Chrome, or using a private browser window, we find this has the most success.
Common reasons why your artwork won’t upload:
- File size over 2GB - Collapsing layers inside of your artwork can reduce this file size.
- File being submitted does not match the product being ordered - Double check that the dimensions and setup are correct.
- File type (we recommend PDF and JPEG)
- Special characters in the file name (e.g. &)
